Natasha Fiodoroff

A skilled insurance litigator, Natasha represents Australian and London-based insurers, self-insureds, third party agents, cleaning companies, shopping centre managers, mining companies, ski resorts and other commercial clients.

She is an accredited specialist in personal injury law and today specialises in both professional indemnity and public liability matters, in which there is often interplay between these two areas of law.

Natasha remains highly experienced across the vast spectrum of insurance law, including property damage, recoveries, motor accident (often catastrophic injuries), workers’ compensation, recovery actions, and labour hire disputes.

In the professional indemnity arena, Natasha is highly sought after when it comes to acting for real estate companies. This work requires complex indemnity advice and may involve a personal injury claim occurring at managed properties or properties for sale, or commercial disputes involving leasing, sales or domestic rentals. While Natasha’s practice is primarily based in New South Wales and Victoria, she also works with clients in South Australia and the ACT and has considerable experience with the Queensland and Western Australian jurisdictions.

Over her career, Natasha has been involved in countless public liability cases for large supermarket retailers, labour hire companies, commercial cleaning companies as well as pubs and hotels. These claims frequently require parallel knowledge of workers’ compensation legislation with respect to work injury damages claims and section 151Z recoveries.

She was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in late 2006.
